Mondays: Yin Yoga 10.00-11.15

A calm and meditative yoga form to open the body and calm the mind by remaining muscularly passive in poses for 2-4 minutes.

Tuesdays: Yang Yoga 16.30-17-45

An empowering and creative yoga form with challenges on many levels. Linking breath with movement to create strength and flexibility in mind and body.

Wednesdays: Yin & Yang Yoga 10.00-11.15

A combination of yin and yang yoga to create balance. A gentle sequence to connect with your body and your breath to center and still the mind.

Last year's success SUMMER YOGA is back! Connect to your body and your breath in the sunlight, open your heart and create good vibes. Beginners and more experienced yogis are welcome, everybody can join. Bring your friends and your own mat.

Depending on the weather we are either outdoors in the grassin front of Wasa YogaCenter (Rantakatu 3 / Strandgatan 3) or inside the YogaCenter.
